We need to act strategically and urgently to slow the impacts of climate change in as many ways as possible. One big opportunity we have to address our climate pollution here in Oregon is to pass the Oregon Climate Action Plan, a cap and invest program that will reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and make Oregon a national leader in climate action.
