Act on Climate, Oregon

Next year, the Oregon legislature will be considering the implementation of a cap and invest program that would put a hard limit on pollution in Oregon, forcing emissions down over time. This program would put a price on greenhouse gas emissions from the biggest sources in the state and provide funding for programs that will help Oregon reduce and adapt to the impacts of climate change.
