Oregon can lead the way on climate

This February, Oregon lawmakers will be voting on a proposal called "Clean Energy Jobs" that will establish a "cap and invest" program, setting a limit on Oregon's global warming pollution and making big polluters pay for their carbon emissions. The money raised is then re-invested into programs that further reduce global warming pollution.

We've seen a market-based approach to regulating carbon work in other states, and now it's time to bring it to Oregon.

Tell your state lawmakers to support the "Clean Energy Jobs" bill in February.
